I worked out with Oleg for several months following the birth of my first child. He tailored a specific fitness program to help me not only reach my pre-pregnancy weight, but also to strengthen and tone my overall body. He literally transformed my shape in only a few short months. What I really appreciated is that he took genuine interest in ensuring I achieve my personal fitness goals and even went out of his way to design specific nutrition plans for me, which included him spending the time to research what is permissible given that I was nursing full time. With every exercise, Oleg always took the time to share his vast knowledge and experience, and would explain the objective of the exercise as well as how it impacts the muscle groups so that I could become better informed and could replicate these exercises on my own time. Working out truthfully isn’t one of my favourite past times... however Oleg found a way to make it fun and I always looked forward to my session times with him.

As one of Oleg’s more “mature” clients at 60 plus, I’ve been very happy with our work over the past year and half. I’ve been training with Oleg for almost 3 years now, and believe he is one of the most experienced and committed trainers around. I have been doing group and personal trainer fitness for over 15 years, however no trainer lasted more than 8 mos as I would always get tired from monotonous exercises and searched for something better and different.
